We were aggressively pressured to schedule surgery for our 4-year-old child, and the experience was terrifying. From the moment the evaluation ended, the staff repeatedly pushed us to book surgery immediately, creating a sense of urgency and fear. During checkout, they were already preparing to schedule the procedure and told us the anesthesiologist would be coming to the clinic soon, as if the decision had already been made for us. There was little room for questions, reflection, or reassurance—just pressure. Dr. Song claimed our child needed major dental surgery due to “multiple cavities” based on their X-rays. We were alarmed and uncomfortable with how quickly such an invasive procedure was recommended for a very young child, including 2.5 hours under anesthesia. Thankfully, we trusted our instincts and got a second opinion at another clinic, where we were told our child’s teeth were completely fine and no surgery was necessary. We love Juanita Kids Dentistry and Dr. Song. She is kind and friendly as well as her staff! The office is nice and clean and my kids surprisingly don’t mind going to the dentist- which I consider a win! Thank you Dr. Song and staff for a wonderful experience.

Dr. Song has been great for my two kids as their primary dentist. The only issue is the parking at Juniata Village. New parking Management "AirGarage" requires you to install its own App with your credit card information just to get two hours free parking from the tenant (Dentist). The App has horrible reviews with mischarges and poor customer service. I'd avoid to give my credit card info at all cost and no intention to install it. If the parking continues to be an issue, I'd have to change my dentist unfortunately.
